ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a boutique Travel Operator with specialty on luxury vacation rental management, is seeking an IT Specialist. You will work closely with the IT & Operations Manager with aim to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, support the team and automate workflows. 📌 Location: Rethymno, Crete 🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Manager You need to be based in Rethymo or available for relocation Requirements What you will do: In this role, you will provide essential IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within the company. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting users to enhance their productivity. Your proactive approach will help foster a reliable and efficient IT environment that aligns with the company's mission to deliver exceptional accommodation rental experiences. More specifically: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues for staff and management Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly and effectively Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT infrastructure Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions Collaborate with the IT Manager on various IT projects and initiatives Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Officer or a similar role Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits ✔️ Monthly gross salary: €1.400 – €1.600 💻 Company MacBook 👥 Recruitment Process: If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
